Terms of Service — 365 Blossom

By using 365 Blossom you agree to these terms.
The service
365 Blossom is a habit-tracking app. The core tracker is free. An optional subscription, 365 Blossom Premium, unlocks AI features: coach chat, weekly reviews, personalized recommendations, and natural-language habit creation. The app requires an internet connection and an account; your data is stored on our servers.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.
Subscriptions
- Premium is offered as a monthly ($0.99) or yearly ($9.99) auto-renewing subscription, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices in other regions are set by the stores based on these USD prices.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a subscription lapses, you keep full access to the free tracker; only AI features lock.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
AI features
AI responses are generated automatically and can be inaccurate. They are supportive coaching content, not medical, psychological, or professional advice — if you're struggling, please seek qualified help. AI usage is subject to fair-use daily limits. Don't use the AI features to attempt to generate harmful or unlawful content.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no reverse-engineering the API for other products, no interfering with other users' use of the service.
Your content
Your habits, logs, moods, and notes remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to run the service (including AI processing described in the Privacy Policy).
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
